Vitamin B 9 is a great for antiaging as it helps to prevent graying hair.  And, it helps to metabolize proteins.</p>
<p>A diet lacking in folic acid can lead to anemia, and hair loss, fatigue, poor circulation, depression and serious skin disorders.</p>
<p>Foods that contain phenolic acid include green leafy vegetables like spinach and lettuce, yeast, mushrooms, liver, peanuts and other nuts.</p>
<p>The minimum daily requirement of folic acid is 0.4 mg.</p>
