<p>Foods that contain riboflavin or vitamin B to include green leafy vegetables, wheat germ, seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds, tomatoes, citrus fruits, milk, cheese, eggs, and almonds.<br />

The recommended daily allowance of vitamin B2 for adults is between 1.6 to 2.6 mg.<br />
