So, just what is this miracle that has the health industry is flipping for? Well, for one, the benefit with resveratrol is to prevent premature aging. Scientists have discovered something in red wine that proves beneficial to antiaging, and they’ve named it resveratrol. Unfortunately, in order to benefit from it through red wine means having to drink about 1000 bottles of red wine each day. Thankfully, it now comes in the form of a supplement, but can often be difficult to find at drug stores.
