Long ago, there weren’t that many products on the market. And even further back in time, there didn’t exist any skincare products. Everything was natural and made at home. The cosmetic industry came in a simplified everything and put them in pretty little jars, and applied some amazing marketing techniques to sell to them. Not much has changed with the marketing techniques, other than that they have now included beauty products for men, children and even babies. But did you know that you can’t make antiaging all-natural skincare recipes right from your own home? And it doesn’t even take that long, in many cases.

As we all know, antiaging, skincare and all-natural products are all the rage right now. And rightfully so. We are much more informed as consumers; we know that many products contain harmful ingredients which are there to preserve the product as well as form a part of it. We know that the foods we eat contain deadly pesticides, the meat we eat is loaded with antibiotics and steroids and of course the deadly pesticides that the animals are ingesting, all form part of the food that we eat. That is why we are, more and more, opting for healthier food by way of organic produce, for one.

The things that you eat both good and bad, and even that can be questionable sometimes, show up on your skin. They also show up elsewhere, however, they are not visible to the human eye. Luckily, you can change your diet, by purchasing or healthy produce and in order to benefit your skin further, you can prepare antiaging all-natural skincare recipes easily.

Imagine preparing eye creams, antiaging wrinkle creams, toners, face masks, pH balancers, acne fighting recipes, and even sunscreens! And all of these can be made in very little time, but the best part is, at a fraction of the cost of purchasing these products. Of course, the fact that you are making these products, you know exactly every single ingredient that goes in there is according to a your demands.

Free radicals occur naturally in the body, however, they occur excessively under certain conditions. They are a by-product that damage healthy cells and speed aging by inhibiting the reproduction of healthy cells. Once the skin’s cellular matrix is compromised, the collagen becomes inflexible and wrinkles begin to form. Unfortunately, the damage continues on to the organs where medical conditions and diseases develop.

The body’s natural defense mechanism neutralizes the free radicals from forming by naturally creating antioxidants. Once the free radicals grow beyond the supply of antioxidants, that’s when oxidative stress occurs.

Free radicals and oxidative stress can be defeated by adding antioxidant foods to your diet. These will help to support your body’s natural defense system. There are many ways to beat free radicals and oxidative stress.

Although eating right and getting the proper exercise can really improve the condition of your skin and help your skin to look younger, it doesn’t end there. This guide to staying young speaks of coenzyme Q10. Vitamin deficiencies impact your overall health and have an impact directly on your skin.

If you have very dry skin, could be a result of a deficiency of vitamin A. if you suffer from sores or eczema or other types of dermatitis, it can be a result of a vitamin B deficiency.

It is important for everyone to pay attention to their bodies, the way they look in terms of wrinkling, skin problems, the condition of the eyes, etc. these are all signs that your body is giving you that are related to health issues.

Coenzyme Q 10 is an antioxidant. Antioxidants are required and necessary to proper bodily function. It helps to produce energy in each cell. As we age, this antioxidant decreases in production. As its production begins to decrease, free radical production increases, resulting in premature aging.

Therefore it is important to take a coenzyme Q10 supplement. Not only will it benefit your skin, but your overall health. Studies have shown that it is very beneficial to the heart by enabling it to pump more blood.

You can also find this antioxidant in food. The problem here is that it often becomes lost in cooking. Foods that contain the coenzyme Q10 include organ meats, eggs, beef, pork, lamb, some fish, wheat germ, peanuts, spinach, and broccoli.

Have you ever asked how to reduce wrinkles naturally? According to studies, Vitamin A helps skin to remain healthy, but doesn’t stop there. When we talk about antiaging, we don’t only connect it to issues that are only skin deep, we go right down to the bones. This vitamin helps different areas of the body to function normally, such as:
·	Aiding vision
·	Gene transcription
·	Enables the immune system to function
·	Promotes embryonic development and reproduction
·	Aids bone metabolism
·	Hematopoietic
·	Promotes healthy skin
·	Reduces the risk of heart disease
·	Antioxidant Activity

Vitamin A, in its acidic form, 13-cis retinoic acid (isotretinoin), is the most effective drug for acne treatment. It reduces bacteria in the ducts and skin, and reduces inflammation. Tretinion, a topical cream has been shown to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Both of these products require a doctor’s prescription. Retinova is a prescription cream that had very positive results and therefore, retinol was created, a less intense version of it and obviously its results are not as effective, however it has proved in studies to reduce wrinkles. One study showed moisturizers containing 0.4% of retinol greatly reduced fine wrinkles, but once stopped, the benefits cease as well.
In rare cases, vitamin A deficiency exists in the developed countries. It is a concern in underdeveloped countries, however. Vitamin A deficiency is due to an inadequate consumption of green and yellow veggies and fruit, and it affects vision among others. However, toxicity is possible with too much Vitamin A. Talk to your doctor before taking any new vitamins.
Foods that contain vitamin A are: carrots, broccoli (florets contain much less than leaves), sweet potatoes, kale, spinach, pumpkin, peas, winter squash, liver, beef, pork, melon, apricots, to name but a few. By adding these foods to your diet you will soon see a significant improvement to your skin and how to reduce wrinkles naturally.

Rapamycin is a well-known drug that helps individuals who have had transplants avoid rejection. In new studies, it has shown you to prolong the lives of mice by an incredible 14%. This was even proven when administered to mice even in a more mature age. Until this recent fine, only caloric restrictions in humans actually extended life. Therefore, rapamycin is truly a breakthrough in prolonging life.

Tests were conducted in three institutions in the United States. All the mice had genetic differences. The necessary in order to avoid any single strain. The mice all had to be around 20 months old, which would be about 60 years old to us.

Although it is quite an early and too soon for humans, scientists claim that the results are quite impressive. Of course dosage for humans, has not been properly calculated as of yet. One problem that arises with rapamycin is that it is known to affect the immune system, making individuals be more susceptible to contracting infections. They are working on altering it in order to lessen those affects. They believe they will be able to change it enough to target other molecules so that the immune system is not affected.

At this moment, these antiaging drugs will not be tested on humans. Much more research has to go into rapamycin with more lab mice, worms, flies and the like.

Many medical conditions can be treated with vitamins. In addition to that, antiaging vitamin therapy can prevent premature aging. Supplementing your diet with the proper vitamins and minerals helps your body remain youthful by feeding it with the right nutrients.

Vitamins are divided into two main categories: fat-soluble and water-soluble.

Fat-soluble vitamins are stored in the body, more often than not, in the liver. They are not easily lost in most methods of preparation and are mesured in international units. The following are fat-soluble vitamins:

A
D
E
K

Water-soluble vitamins are lost in food preparation, therefore, it is advised to not overcook foods in order to avoid this loss. Within the body, these vitamins are not stored, hence, it is important to eat foods containing these vitamins daily and are measured in either milligrams or micrograms. The following are water-soluble vitamins:

B group or B complex
C

Antiaging vitamin therapy to prevent premature aging and remain youthful is possible but must be approached with caution AND only with your doctor’s consent. Too much of anything is bad for you, including vitamins.
